Collectibles · Magic: The Gathering
We buy, hold and sell Magic: The Gathering cards using live prices from 4 marketplaces, a scoring model that runs twice a day, and automated execution. The book below is real and updates with every price run.
No payment is taken on this site. Registering interest starts a conversation.
Reconstructed daily from vendor prices for the cards held on each day. Not a model, not a backtest: the actual book.
We publish the book's value and composition, not the individual cards: positions are a trading edge.
Every card is scanned into the ledger with its exact printing, condition and cost. Stock is sourced across European and US marketplaces where the spread is widest.
Prices from 4 marketplaces are pulled twice a day. A rules-based model scores every card on momentum, dealer demand, supply, reprint risk and the Standard rotation calendar.
Positions are listed and sold through CardTrader, which relays to the major platforms. Buys and sells flow straight back into the ledger, so the numbers you see here are the live book.
A 30-year-old game with a deep secondary market, published price feeds, and recurring demand from formats, Commander and collectors. Supply of older printings is fixed.
Price gaps between European and US markets, dealer buylists above retail, and the predictable arc of a set: supply-heavy at release, cheapest around six months, pressure before Standard rotation.
Reprints, format bans and fading demand move prices down. We size positions small, diversify across eras and rarities, and sell into strength. Capital is at risk.
One pool, one price. You do not need to know anything about trading cards: we run the book, you own a share of it.
Every contribution buys units at that day's value per unit. Your share of the fund is your units divided by all units outstanding, and it moves with the book. Minimum contribution 455,46 €.
Every unit is backed by real cards in our inventory. For unit pricing, cards count at 85% of market retail, the price we can realistically sell at, so nobody is paid out more than their share is worth. No leverage, no synthetic exposure.
We keep at least 15% of the fund in cash so withdrawals can be paid quickly without forced selling. The app blocks card purchases that would break the reserve.
Each contribution stays in the fund for 18 months. Cards are a slow market, and the lock-up is what lets us buy and sell on our terms rather than the market's.
After the lock-up you can request a withdrawal at any time. It is paid within 90 days at the value per unit on the day it is paid, as cards are sold.
A yearly management fee per contribution: 2% in year one, 1.5% in year 2, 1% from year 3. It is taken daily as a small reduction of your units, nothing is invoiced. No performance fee.
Tell us who you are and roughly what you are considering. We reply personally with the terms, the full track record and answers to your questions. Nothing is committed by sending this form.
